Making an enquiry

The quickest way to reach us is the enquiry form on our homepage. It asks for your name, contact details, preferred dates, destination, party size, and any wishes or preferences. Completed enquiries are answered by your personal host within 24 hours, usually with a short set of questions about your palate before a bespoke proposal follows within 48 hours.

Because every experience is arranged individually, we handle all enquiries in writing. This ensures that the details of your itinerary, pricing, and arrangements are documented clearly for both you and us, and it allows our hosts to give each enquiry the attention it deserves.

Written correspondence

Formal correspondence — including notices under our Terms and Conditions, data protection requests, and complaints — may be sent by post to our registered address at Guildford Road, Rudgwick, Horsham. Please include your full name and, where relevant, your booking reference so that we can locate your records and respond without delay.

We acknowledge written correspondence promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days, in line with our complaints procedure described in the Terms and Conditions.

Distilleries, partners, and press

We work with independently owned distilleries across Scotland and Northern Ireland, and with licensed helicopter, yacht, and chauffeur operators. If you represent a distillery or transport operator and would like to explore a partnership, or if you are a member of the press preparing a story about private distillery travel, please use the homepage enquiry form and indicate the nature of your message in the wishes field. Partnership and press enquiries are routed to our management team.

Helping us help you

To let us shape the best possible proposal, tell us as much as you like about your party and your tastes: whether you lean toward peat or sherry, whether you would rather cross a sound by yacht or a glen by helicopter, any distillery you have long wanted to see, and any dietary or accessibility considerations. There are no wrong answers — the more we know, the more personal the journey becomes.
