The content of this website is provided for general information about the private distillery experiences we arrange. While we work to keep the information accurate and current, descriptions of routes, distilleries, expressions, and timings are indicative and may change as distillery programmes, production schedules, and seasonal conditions evolve. The specific content of your experience is always defined by your booking confirmation.
Alcohol, age, and responsibility
Our experiences include tastings of alcoholic spirits and are available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support and promote the responsible consumption of alcohol. Guests who are pregnant, who have medical conditions affected by alcohol, or who are taking medication should seek medical advice before participating in tastings, and non-alcoholic alternatives can be arranged on request for any guest who prefers them.
Because all road, air, and sea transport on our itineraries is professionally operated, guests are never placed in a position of needing to drive after tasting. If you have concerns about alcohol consumption, please raise them with your host before booking.
Distillery access
The distilleries featured in our itineraries are independently owned and operated businesses. Private access, including entry to production areas and warehouses, is granted at the discretion of each distillery and is subject to its production schedule, safety rules, and staffing. On rare occasions a distillery may need to alter or withdraw access at short notice; where this occurs we will substitute a comparable visit wherever possible.
Transport arrangements
Helicopter, yacht, and chauffeur elements of our itineraries are operated by independent third-party operators who hold the licences and certifications applicable to their mode of transport. These operators are responsible for the safe operation of their aircraft, vessels, and vehicles, and their crew's safety instructions take precedence during any journey. We coordinate the arrangements but do not ourselves operate aircraft, vessels, or vehicles.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown on the website are indications "from" a stated amount per person and depend on season, party size, choice of transport, and distillery availability. A binding price is established only in your written booking confirmation. Availability of particular distilleries, expressions, and cask selections cannot be guaranteed until confirmed, as stocks and programmes change over time.
Health, safety, and working sites
Distilleries are working industrial environments with stairs, uneven surfaces, and active equipment, and some visits involve warehouses with alcohol vapour in the air. Guests with mobility, respiratory, or other health considerations should inform us before booking so that we can advise on suitability and, where possible, adapt the itinerary. Appropriate footwear and clothing for the conditions are recommended, and distillery safety instructions must be followed at all times.
